Scope:

After a tragic fire that destroyed the original building, Spengers Fish Grotto underwent an extensive renovation. JS Concrete Co was contracted and completed the following scopes:

 

• Demolish existing concrete slabs and footings

• Excavate, form and pour new grade beams

• Form and pour topping slab

• Install 30 ft long x 18ft high CMU block wall 

• Form and pour new sidewalk
